These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GamblingAffiliatePrograms.com and participation in our affiliate network. By accessing our platform or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, stop using the service immediately.

Affiliate Partnership Requirements

To qualify for our gambling affiliate programs, you must:

  • Own or operate legitimate traffic sources (websites, social media, email lists)
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and target markets
  • Be at least 18 years old (21+ in certain US states)
  • Provide accurate contact and payment information
  • Never misrepresent our casino or sportsbook partners

We reserve the right to reject applications without explanation. Previous fraud, chargebacks, or terms violations = automatic disqualification.

Commission Structure and Payments

Commission rates vary by partner program and are detailed in individual affiliate agreements. Standard terms include:

  • Payment threshold: Minimum $100 accumulated earnings
  • Payment schedule: Net-30 to Net-45 (depends on operator)
  • Methods: Wire transfer, PayPal, cryptocurrency (selected partners)
  • Currency: USD unless specified otherwise

Chargebacks, refunds, and fraudulent player activity will be deducted from your balance. Multiple fraud flags may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Prohibited Marketing Practices

The following activities violate our terms and will terminate your account:

  1. Brand bidding: No PPC ads on partner brand names without explicit permission
  2. Spam: Unsolicited emails, SMS, or social media messages
  3. False claims: Guaranteed wins, insider tips, or unrealistic earning promises
  4. Self-referrals: Creating accounts through your own links
  5. Underage targeting: Marketing to anyone under legal gambling age
  6. Cookie stuffing: Automated or deceptive tracking methods

We actively monitor for violations. First offense = warning. Second offense = permanent ban.

Intellectual Property

Our casino partners provide approved marketing materials (banners, landing pages, logos). You may use these assets only for promoting their programs. No modifications without written consent. Trademark infringement claims get handled fast and seriously.

Termination Rights

Either party can terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. We'll pay outstanding commissions for legitimate traffic generated before termination (minus any fraud adjustments). Post-termination, remove all tracking links and promotional materials within 7 days.

Limitation of Liability

We connect affiliates with gambling operators but don't control their platform reliability, payment processing, or player disputes. Your agreement is with the individual casino or sportsbook, not us. We're not liable for:

  • Operator payment delays or defaults
  • Platform downtime or technical issues
  • Changes to commission structures
  • Player complaints or chargebacks

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by US federal law and the laws of Delaware. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE. No class actions.
